In the app: Profile → Settings → Support. Your request reaches us together with your account.

Report a person or content

Open the person's profile in the app and choose Report profile. Reports are saved. You can also block the person: you will no longer see each other in search, and they will not be able to message you.

Child safety

AISMatch is only for adults and prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation. Report such content or behaviour right away. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police first.

Your data

To get a copy of your data, correct it or ask about privacy, contact us in the app or by email.

Delete your account

In the app: Profile → menu (⋮) → Delete profile. If you no longer have the app, send a deletion request.
